We are sure you will be 100% happy with your purchase. However in the rare case that happens or you change your mind we are happy to help. Get in touch using "Contact us" page within 14 days of purchase and we will provide the next steps to commence the process. We request you to add a note with the order number and the delivery address so we can assist you efficiently.
Return policy
You must request for your products to be returned within 14 days of delivery. The items must be unused and in its original packaging with all labels intact. We do not accept exchanges or returns on earrings and body jewellery for hygiene purposes. We reserve the right to refuse to refund items where we are not contacted for returns within 14 days of delivery. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Exchange policy
If you would like to exchange the product or get a different colour or size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we can help you with the next steps.
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchange on earrings and body jewellery unless faulty due to hygiene purposes.
In event of exchange, the customer will bear the costs of shipping which will have to be paid before dispatch. Please refer to the important information below.
Gift cards
We do not provide returns or exchanges on gift cards.

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
The refund amount will be processed excluding the original shipping fee.
All refunds and exchanges are at the customer’s expense. Therefore, we would recommend that you used a tracked service to return the items. We are unable to accept any responsibility for return items that are lost and/or damaged in the post. You must ensure that the returned items are packaged in the supplied original packaging for protection. This ensures that the products reach to us quickly and safely for us to process the returns swiftly.
We are not liable for any errors occurring due to customer inputs whilst placing your order i.e. incorrect addresses, incorrect contact info etc.
Returns can take up to 10 days to reach us but once we've received it, we promise to process your order within 48 hours. The refund might take up to 30 days to be reflected on your statement.
Damaged/Faulty items
We take pride in the quality and durability of our jewellery. We ensure all your orders are thoroughly checked for quality and defects before packaging and is then packaged carefully to avoid any damages during transit. However, if your order arrives faulty or damaged please contact us with details and photographs and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
Cancellation
All cancellations need to be requested prior to us dispatching the orders. Please note this might not always be possible as we aim to dispatch your orders within 24 hours. In the event the order has been dispatched and you need to cancel we would have to process the cancellation as a return. Please refer to our returns policy for further info.
